Pain Is Beautiful
As I grow to understand life less and less, I learn to love it more and more.
Don't try and analyze things you don't understand.
It will bring you down.
So far away.
God designed so many things to not be understood.
Especially pain and suffering. We don't understand suffering because we don't understand why a loving God would allow us to be miserable and within hell. However, i've realized, God would be stupid if he didn't make us suffer. And in the end, you'll find that everything God gives is beautiful.
Even pain.
I've realized that as humans, we have no other way to be anything at all then by going through darkness in order to find light. God would be stupid to not allow us to suffer. We have no other way to grow. Don't delay living because you feel dead. God's working on you in order to make you into the missing piece to a very big puzzle that will affect many lives and impact many souls. Give up and you will become very self-centered, feeling as if pain is something you do not deserve. When really, it's all we deserve.
Just as a parent would discipline his child, God has to discipline us. Because we know of nothing and cannot know anything until we learn in the most painful ways that will MAKE us snap to reality. God has to literally break us into pieces and drag us to our knees sometimes before we really see a need for him. If you're sad and depressed, know you have a much better life than those who are happy and content with a bunch of stupid worldy things. For the one who is broken will be forced to grasp the only thing worth living for. The one living for himself while being happy and putting no action into finding answers, will go on living blindly and won't be able to understand this side of life.
If you don't understand me, within time you will.
God is beautiful. Yet so frustrating and complicated.
Pain is so beautiful. And I love it that God created it.
Without it, we might as well be dead. Because without pain we have nothing to gain and no way to really see our need for God. Without pain we won't grow within ourselves, within our wisdom, within life, within god, within friendships, or within anything. And we would see no reason for love because nobody would be broken enough to need it without pain.
Message me if you have more thoughts to add.
I'm writing this in hopes that it will show you that no matter what you go through, it's for your own good. And how you react within a storm determines how long you'll stay within it. God isn't giving you a hard life because he hates you. He's giving you a hard life because he loves you and doesn't want you to be some slab of waste with nothing to offer to the broken.
Thankyou for reading this. I love you and hope you're okay.

Wow. I guess pain IS beautiful. And so is the way you explained it. Pain is more than just good, it's great! sorry...
Pain is the hammer that chisels you Pain is the knife carving you
Pain is the roller pin that flattens you
Pain is the mortar that grinds you
Pain is the ax that chops you down
Pain is the vaccine that stabs you
Pain is the water that boils you
Pain is the scalpel that cuts you deep
And pain is the hand that shapes you
Beautiful Pain. That's an oxymoron.
That's really awesome Lora, thanks for sharing that.- at Saturday, March 31, 2007 said...
Pain is beautiful... we haven't talked in awhile. -half smile- So many words to express what I cannot. The dawn is breaking, breaking... the dawn is breaking, slipping outwards, inwards, pushing, scraping, scratching at my soul. Gone are the demons, gone are the lonely nights... swiftly, swiftly. Let us unite in strength, let us sing our thanks, drink deep and suffer, drink deep and live. Let us grow drunk on the grace so provided. Let us swoon in the ever dripping, all consuming, never ending Love that longs to hold us. Mould us. Create in us new hearts oh God. Take your anvil, take your hammer, lift it high. Let it fall. Let it fall. Take your sword and cut through all that is. "Be gentle with me Jesus as you tear ma apart."
